JOBAR MODULAR REFINERY
Due to the Federal Government of Nigeria’s overview and efforts for the establishment of various Modular Refineries has presented a good opportunity for Jobar Energy Resources Limited to participate in the rapidly evolving Oil and gas sector, with the Government’s measures in place to guarantee, secure and support various investments in the establishment of these Mini and Mobile Refineries.
This large opportunity availed to us, made our Company JOBAR ENERGY RESOURCES LIMITED to look for a viable foreign and capable multinational firm for the establishment of JOBAR MODULAR OIL REFINERY with a starting capacity to produce 1,000 BPD and gradually go up to a single module of 50,000 BPD or more.
Jobar Modular Refinery shall be established at Araromi water front Area of Ondo State or any other suitable water fronts in Nigeria. These shall come with a combine storage capacity of Feeds storage and refined petroleum storage with rooms for expansion for the feed and refine products.
At the moment, various companies have been licensed and also in different stages of Refinery documentations with the Department of Petroleum Resources (DPR). The notion of Nigerian Content is therefore implicit as Jobar Energy sponsors and upgrade its management who are competent Nigerian professionals and in addition to making a significant investment in Nigeria through foreign participation. The company also intend to encourage and engage qualify indigenes from the host communities.
The facility shall be developed in phases. Each phase shall be developed as 500 bpd sequentially. The proposed facility shall accommodate:
A Tank Farm
Staff residential quarters
Marine and Port as well
Ancillary facilities
Jobar Energy Resources Limited shall develop the proposed project in full compliance with:
Applicable Nigerian statutory standards
Internal Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) policies
Applicable international conventions, treaties and agreements, such as World
Bank / IFC / WHO / etc.
