Segun Anigioro is the Manager, Legal and Company Secretary for jobar Energy Resources Limited. Called to the Nigeria bar as an Advocate & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria.

He has over 15 years of experience as a legal practitioner, starting his career with Hub Ventures Limited in 2009 among others and also lectured at Ronik Polytechnic as a law lecturer taking commercial and business law. He proceeded as a Principal Counsel at Segun Anigioro & Associate since 2017 as a corporate law expert of the firm serving as a corporate legal adviser to many companies in the Oil and Gas sector. Amongst are In His Mighty Concerns Oil & Gas Limited, De- Gombrelink Concept etc.

He is highly competent in legal due diligence, legal issues in business acquisitions, corporate management, as well as drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements. He is an Accredited Corporate Affairs Commission User.

ABIODUN, AGBAJE, is a seasoned executive who has worked in the Banking and Oil and Gas sectors for over 15 years. He is a self-motivated and resourceful Managing Director who has a proven track record of developing and strengthening management teams in order to boost efficiency and profitability. He possesses the skills and ability to develop and sustain long-term, profitable relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders all across the world.

He is a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Project Management and Marketing, Financial Management and Control, Policy Formulations and Implementations and Client Retention. Abiodun Agbaje holds an MBA in Personal Management, Advanced Diploma in Marketing and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Lagos in Nigeria.

MICHAEL ADEBAYO, OMOLE is the company’s Finance Manager and he maintains all the company’s accounting records in accordance with industry’s accounting best practices.

He holds an HND in accounting and has fifteen years’ experience in the financial sector. His responsibilities at Jobar Energy include but not limited to overseeing end-to-end financial operations, redesigning and improving the company’s accounting system, analyzing and developing plans and reports for the company’s long term financial goals, balance sheet reconciliations, conducting market research and analysis, tracking of sales performance and training of junior accounting staff.

Olatunbosun Ololade is a seasoned and results-driven executive with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry. A graduate of the University of Ibadan, Oyo State, he has a strong background in driving business growth and optimizing operations. Currently leading the trading and operations at Jobar Energy Resources Limited, Olatunbosun leverages his industry expertise to develop and implement strategic initiatives, foster productive relationships, and drive business excellence. He is known for his strong leadership skills, keen analytical abilities, and commitment to operational integrity.
