ADESINA RASHEED ADEKUNLE is the Business Development Manager at Jobar Energy. He has vast experience in the maritime sector and is dedicated to enhancing the client experience and furthering the company's objectives of creating and maintaining industry contacts, conducting feasibility studies and reports on vessel acquisitions, operations and management, developing business plans and ensuring compliance with company’s health and safety regulations.

He is an innovative, self-motivated and excellent team player with strong work ethics. He has an optimistic perspective and clear focus on quality and profitability for business enhancement and sustainable growth.

Adesina Rasheed possesses the following academic degrees and certifications; BSc Microbiology, PGD Maritime Logistics and Transportation, STCW (Maritime Professional Training) 2010, ISPS (International Ship and Port Facility Security), Understudy for Maritime Business.

DELE ADEJUGBE holds a B.Sc (Hons.) in Geography from the University of Ibadan in Nigeria, as well as a Masters Degree in Urban & Regional Planning with a Special Interest in Environmental Planning & Management from the same university in 1994.

In 1991, he began his career as an Environmental Officer with the National Petroleum Investment Management Services (NAPIMS); a subsidiary of NNPC.

In 1999, he began working in the banking industry and worked at the Corporate Head Office of Wema Bank Plc. before joining Prudent Bank Plc in December 2000 to setup and develop the bank's Oil & Gas Desk. He took various courses while working in the banking industry, including Augusto's Intermediate and Advanced Credit Training, Marketing & Selling Skills and Management Courses, including some professional maritime courses.

In October 2004, he resigned as the Head of Prudent bank's Oil and Gas Department to start his own independent Oil and Gas company and Avant Garde Energy Limited was incorporated.

He has participated in a number of Oil Trading courses locally and internationally some of which include; VOSTOCK CAPITAL (UK) Ltd., CHANNOIL Ltd. both in the UK and Fuel Oil & Bunker Trading course in Singapore in 2008.

Dele Adejugbe also consults for a number of Oil and Gas Corporations in both the upstream and downstream sectors, with particular focus on refineries and international oil traders.

He has successfully delivered wet goods to customers in the international and major West African coastal locations such as Nigeria, Ghana, Cote D'Ivoire, Congo Brazzaville Gabon, and others.

In order to gain a better understanding of the extractive industries, he went into the mining business and has attended several courses, trainings, and seminars on mining operations, development, and management, such as Introduction to Rock Engineering & Mining Support Systems, which was hosted by Elbroc Mining Products (PTY) Ltd. in Johannesburg, South Africa.

Dele Adejugbe is a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in all aspects of Oil & Gas Trading and Distribution Network including Enterprise Management, Business Process Management and Development, Corporate Finance and Project Management. He is a proven visionary and strategic leader who routinely translates business strategies ideas into reality whilst maximizing returns for the benefit of all stakeholders.

ABIODUN, AGBAJE, is a seasoned executive who has worked in the Banking and Oil and Gas sectors for over 15 years. He is a self-motivated and resourceful Managing Director who has a proven track record of developing and strengthening management teams in order to boost efficiency and profitability. He possesses the skills and ability to develop and sustain long-term, profitable relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders all across the world.

He is a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Project Management and Marketing, Financial Management and Control, Policy Formulations and Implementations and Client Retention. Abiodun Agbaje holds an MBA in Personal Management, Advanced Diploma in Marketing and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Lagos in Nigeria.

MICHAEL ADEBAYO, OMOLE is the company’s Finance Manager and he maintains all the company’s accounting records in accordance with industry’s accounting best practices.

He holds an HND in accounting and has fifteen years’ experience in the financial sector. His responsibilities at Jobar Energy include but not limited to overseeing end-to-end financial operations, redesigning and improving the company’s accounting system, analyzing and developing plans and reports for the company’s long term financial goals, balance sheet reconciliations, conducting market research and analysis, tracking of sales performance and training of junior accounting staff.
